What motivated you to pursue your passion?
For me, doing music is something that motivates me every single day because it allows me to have a deeper connection within myself and with the life that I lead. I believe that our passions are our purpose in life, we get nudged towards them and when we listen we are continually aligned by events and things that keep unraveling for us along our path.
Who inspires you the most?
I am inspired by a lot of artists and enthusiasts who follow their hearts and express themselves freely with their art forms and beyond that.
How do you handle the various challenges surrounding what you do?
I find that challenges are opportunities for us to grow, and our attitude towards such things can really shape up what we are, and what we become. I absolutely love what I do, I love the easy things as much as I love things that feel like a challenge. All of it is part of the experience and I fully immerse myself in that.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I have big dreams; the thought of playing shows with huge (and small intimate) crowds around the world and sharing the stage with my idols and artists that have inspired me is something that truly moves me. I believe that this will happen and I look forward to meeting all sorts of people and experiencing it all.
What advice would you give to someone up and coming?
Just be yourself, do what you love to do, and most importantly always follow your heart and believe in what and who you are as an artist and creator. I remember getting super caught up with tiny details coming up as a musician and overthinking things. I simply say just trust yourself and be what / who you desire to be.
